We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our USA team as a full-time employee in Argentina.


  • Provide Techno-Functional Support of Central Applications.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams and Business customers to accomplish successful resolution of all issues reported to Application Support Team.
  • Ensure all Applications are met and consistently maintained.
  • Create and maintain process documents for central Applications Suppor, as needed.


Must Have:

  • Previous experience as an application support analyst or a similar role.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technology and apply it to problem solving.
  • Understanding of how the systems work, able to perform troubleshooting, respond to assistance requests, and handling technical issues.
  • knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Jira.
  • Research, identify and drive improvements to software efficiency.
  • Proactively review risk and mitigation.
  • Support ticket management.
  • Know how to use Gitlab.
  • Medium/High English level.



  • Agile Methodology, System and Software Configuration.
  • Participate in defining domain technical roadmaps with architecture and leadership.
  • Understand Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Experience with standard IT hardware and software.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
