We are actively looking for a Project Manager to join our team as a full-time employee in Argentina.

• Leading multidisciplinary Agile teams.
• Leading and controlling projects from the beginning to completion.
• Risk assessment and management and experience in the development and monitoring of mitigation plans.
• Assisting in the recruitment process.

Must:
- Project Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience in the role.
- Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience leading and controlling projects from the beginning to completion.
- Risk assessment and management and experience in the development and monitoring of mitigation plans.
- Experience assisting in the recruitment process of developers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate/advanced English.

Plus:
- Experience as Scrum Master.
- Knowledge of SAFe methodology.
